Katie Boice, MEd, is a Research Associate II with the Educational Research and Evaluation team. She graduated from Emory University in 2016 with B.A.s in Psychology and Music. She completed an M.Ed. in Child Studies at Vanderbilt University. Her studies focused on using evidence-based practices to promote positive development across the lifespan. Prior to joining CEISMC, she assisted with research on gender stereotype threat, socioemotional skills in early childhood, and early math learning, and on evaluations of graduation programs. At CEISMC she contributes her knowledge of developmental and research methodologies to various projects, including Summer P.E.A.K.S., CAPACiTY, and GoSTEAM.
